Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty claims

All ez-Ripz dispensers are guaranteed from factory defects for one year from the date of purchase, please contact us with any issues so we can make it right.

All NeverBreak Parts are guaranteed for the life of you cooler, meaning if they break or tear from normal use we'll replace them free of charge. In order to get your free replacement we'll want to see a picture of the broken part and may ask that you send it to us so we can better understand the failure. Contact Us if you have an issue, we'll make it right.

Shipping
We offer competitive rates on shipping for all orders placed through the site, we don't mark up shipping quotes and do not charge any handling fees of any kind, ground and other options are available and we do our best to get all orders out the next business day. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that we are not currently servicing international customers.
